Scarlet Salmon Patties

Similar to a hamburger patty in look but a healthier version made from fish. Feel free to substitute tuna or exchange either fish. The veggies and spices can also be altered based on personal preference. This recipe is intended to serve two people. Eat plain for fewest calories. If craving carbs put between two slices of bread.

Ingredients:

1 Package Salmon, drained (2.6 oz sold in Fed Mart)

1 Package Mackeral, drained (3.5 oz sold in Fed Mart)

Jalapeno or Gardenia Peppers, chopped to taste

Minced Onion to taste

1/2 Cup Oatmeal (to bind the fish)

Garlic and/or Pepper to taste

A teaspoon (or two) of Gardenia Pepper Oil to blend and hold together

Instructions:

Blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Once the mixture is bound form 4 even sized patties. Place on a sterile surface and cook with an iron until browned.
