Peanut Butter Delights (White Collar Club Cookbook Recipe)
You can (sort of) excuse the number of calories in this recipe by the fact that you are getting your protein source (peanut butter) for the day.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons of Fluff
1 Brownie (crumbled)
Handful of M & Ms (or other candy you can crumble or cut into small pieces)
Tortilla (Recipe generously fills one but you can spread out over two)
Instructions:
- Place tortilla on a flat surface
- Spread Peanut Butter all over one side of tortilla
- Place spoonfulls of Fluff on top of peanut butter (spread if you can)
- Crumble brownie evenly on top of Fluff
- Sprinkle M & Ms over top of brownie
- Fold up tortilla (with peanut butter, fluff, brownie and M & M mixture) like a burrito
- You can “fry” it with an iron until golden brown and melted or put in microwave for a few seconds to soften up.
I don’t suggest having this right before bed, as the sugar high you will receive will have you wanting to run a marathon!
