July/August/September 2021
Many people have had their legal proceedings delayed due to COVID shutdowns. In addition, the BOP has incurred a large number of COVID outbreaks in their facilities. It’s a difficult time for those awaiting their sentence and those that are incarcerated. As a result @thewcchandbook has ramped up communication with people that are being challenged internally with limited movement and those whose cases are on hold pending courts resuming hearings.
Book Programs have also been effected and have halted shipments due to COVID closing of their facilities, hence the lack of book donations of late. The White Collar Club Handbook did manage to get the following items sent prior to many book programs shutting down:
7/26/2021 Sent two special request books to a client at FMC Lexington Camp as she prepares for release.
8/4/2021 Sent one special request book to FMC Lexington Camp.
8/29/2021 Sent three special request books to a client at FMC Lexington Camp.
