WCC’s come from a rather homogenous coterie of like minded and like colored kinsmen.  Club Fed is the UN of Clubs.  Housed under one roof is a melting pot of people from a variety of different religious and cultural backgrounds.  At first WCC’s will encounter a bit of culture shock at their surroundings but very quickly will become color blind to their new fellow sojourners.

Slang terms abound, but suffice it to say that people of ALL races (and combinations thereof) have found their way to Club Fed.

Take this time to learn about different religious and cultural traditions.  Celebrate Chinese New Year with the clique from California, try eating what the Indian ladies have spiced up from the offerings in Fed Mart and learn a word or two of Patois from the Haitians….you never know when it might come in handy!

Time to throw away any previous conceptions you have about people or races….you will find that you have more in common than you realize.  Yes, you may have grown up in vastly different worlds but the basic beliefs and needs we all have….love, laughter…you share.
